Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Use 'কী' (ki) to ask 'what' in Bengali by placing it before the verb or at the start of the sentence.
- Use 'কী' for objects or actions: 'আপনি কী চান?' (What do you want?)
- Place 'কী' before the verb for natural flow: 'তুমি কী করছো?' (What are you doing?)
- Note that 'কি' (short 'i') is for Yes/No questions, while 'কী' (long 'i') is for 'What' questions.
