Saying 快適い (kaiteki-i) → Say 快適な (kaiteki na) before nouns or 快適です (kaiteki desu) at the end of a sentence. It is not an i-adjective.
Saying 快適の部屋 (kaiteki no heya) → Use the particle 'na', not 'no'. The correct phrase is 快適な部屋 (kaiteki na heya).
