SubLearn uses hosted checkout and a secure billing portal for subscription management. This guide covers what the plans include and where to go when you need to change billing details.
Plans at a Glance
- Free: Core learning features plus a small daily AI allowance.
- Plus: More exercises, more AI credits, and expanded practice features.
- Pro: The highest monthly credit allowance and premium AI-heavy features.
Starting or Upgrading
Open the billing page, choose the plan you want, and complete checkout. New paid subscriptions activate as soon as payment succeeds, and the success page sends you back into the product with the correct locale.
Manage Subscription
If you already have a paid plan, use Manage Subscription or Manage Billing to open the secure billing portal. That is the current place to review renewal details, change plans when supported, and cancel future renewals.
Billing Questions
For charge questions, invoice help, or refund discussions, contact [email protected]. Invoices are typically emailed after successful payments, and support can help if you need them resent.
Trials and Renewals
If a trial is available, you can start it from the checkout flow. Renewal timing and cancellation behavior are controlled by the billing provider, so the safest approach is to cancel through the secure billing portal before the next renewal date if you do not want the subscription to continue.
