Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Use the optative mood for real hopes and the conditional with 'kaş' for hypothetical 'if only' wishes.

Direct Intent/Suggestion
Using the optative mood (Arzu şəkli) to express a direct wish or a 'let me/us' suggestion.

Use the 2nd person plural optative instead of the imperative.
