Use 'jodi' with the conditional verb form to express wishes, dreams, or hypothetical situations that aren't currently true.
- Use 'jodi' at the start of the clause: 'Jodi ami pakhi hotam' (If I were a bird).
- The verb must take the conditional suffix '-tam' or '-ten' depending on the person.
