Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
In Malay, adjectives almost always come AFTER the noun they describe.
- Place the noun first, then the adjective: 'Buku (noun) besar (adjective)'.
- Do not use 'is' or 'are' between them: 'Buku besar' (The big book).
- For multiple adjectives, keep the same order: 'Buku besar merah' (The big red book).
