Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds

Bulgarian days of the week are masculine nouns that follow a logical order starting from Monday.

  • All days end in -ник or -та, except for Sunday (неделя).
  • Use 'в' (on) + accusative case for specific days: 'в понеделник' (on Monday).
  • Days are not capitalized in Bulgarian unless they start a sentence.
