Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
To say 'in' a time period like 'evening', simply add the suffix '-um' to the noun.
- Add -um to nouns ending in a consonant: ereko (evening) -> ereko-yum (in the evening).
- If the noun ends in a vowel, add -yum: gisher (night) -> gisher-um (at night).
- This rule applies to most general time periods like morning, day, and night.
