Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Turn any verb into a noun by adding -у or -ушы to describe the action or the doer.
- Use -у to create the infinitive/gerund form: 'оқу' (reading/to read).
- Use -ушы to create the agent noun: 'оқушы' (student/reader).
- Nominalized verbs can take case suffixes like nouns: 'оқуға' (for reading).
