Talking About Daily Activities

Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds

To talk about your day, use the present tense by matching the verb ending to the person (I, you, he/she/it).

  • Use '-ам' for 'I' (az) with most verbs: 'Az rabotya' (I work).
  • Use '-ш' for 'you' (ti): 'Ti rabotish' (You work).
  • Use '-а' or '-е' for 'he/she/it' (toy/tya/to): 'Toy raboti' (He works).
Subject (optional) + Verb (root + ending)
