I have so much time that I can do so
many different things said no one ever
within our busy lives finding time is
one of the hardest things to do so I'll
be waking up at 5:00 a.m. for 30 days
straight to see if it can help with this
problem or ruin my life make me tired
and never want to wake up early again
why am I doing this again lately I have
been struggling with a few things I am
not as productive as I once was I have
anxiety about not being productive and I
also have not been there for my loved
ones as much as I should and I hope that
waking up at 5:00 a.m. will give me a
little bit more free time allow me to be
more productive and hopefully just be a
better version of
myself okay we are setting my first
alarm of the challenge 500 a.m. baby 5
a.m. you're not going to be able to get
up yes I am no you're not yeah easy I'm
getting up
easy well it's 5 a.m. 5:03 to be exact
surprisingly I'm feeling pretty
decent I thought I was going to feel
terrible just because it's a different
wakeup time doesn't mean it's a
different morning
routine stop it first I weigh myself
damn I'm heavy right now then I brush my
teeth which always includes flexing this
is a crucial step that your dentist may
have forgotten to tell you next I
dressed myself with some code Jesse I
mean young La it's early give me a break
after saying a quick good morning to the
future wife I make my way downstairs to
get started on
bre you got to be kidding
me okay not ideal but enjoy these nice
cinematic shots of me making talk my
tripod will not stop falling apart oh I
really hope this isn't a metaphor of how
the rest of this challenge will go I
feel like I literally just went to war
with making this breakfast I don't know
if it's because I'm filming or because
it's 5:00 in the morning and I don't
know what's going on we got 29 more days
of
this 6:03 a.m. I'm in the gym I can't
blast music cuz Claudia is sleeping
still so got some handy dandy headphones
and uh feels very weird I feel like like

lonely okay that feels
horrible okay it is a little too early
for that much effort I would say
everything is about one pin up 20 lbs
down it's not terrible but obviously
it's not

optimal it's super interesting I don't
have the urge just scroll on my phone
this early typically I'll wake up at
9:00 a.m. and scroll on my phone for at
least 10 to 15 minutes so maybe starting
my day off of the workout like this will
keep me off this Doom scrolling device
longer we're all addicted to it it's bad
it's really bad I proceeded with the
rest my workout did my cardio and For
The First Time in Forever actually got
to see the sunrise it is 7:26 a.m. and
we've got a snowstorm that I worked out
while it was happening the craziest
thing is that I feel really good right
now but I feel like at 2: pm p.m. I'm
going to feel horrible 5:00 a.m. baby

entire day so I am going to edit my
proposal video I don't typically edit
all my videos but this is one that I
want to edit because I think it's really
personal yeah I guess I'm just going to
spend the next few hours grinding away
at this maybe I'll make Claudia some
breakfast I've got time baby I've got
time like none other if I'm going to do
this challenge become a better version
of myself why not be a better fiance not
