和菓子の国家資格である「一級技能士」を持ち、
また全国和菓子協会が認定する「優秀和菓子職」を 史上最年少で受賞するほどの腕前を持っています。
淡い3色を含む練切で、餡子を包んでいきます。
美しいお菓子が完成しました。
ここから鋏を使って細工していきます。
