首先我們要準備一根新鮮的白蘿蔔
白蘿蔔我們清洗乾淨之後把外皮刮掉

冬吃蘿蔔夏吃姜
不要醫生開藥方
蘿蔔在冬天是可以清熱的
吃起來也特別的甜
把蘿蔔兩頭兩尾去掉之後
再切成7公分的長段
切好以後我們再切一刀
這一刀是定個位
這樣切片的時候就不會到處亂跑
然後我們改刀把它切成薄薄的厚片
白蘿蔔我們要切薄一點
不要切的太厚了
片切好以後再改刀切成蘿蔔絲
蘿蔔絲我們也要切細一點
不要切的太粗了
如果切的太粗的話影響口感
蘿蔔絲切好以後裝入碗中備用
接下來我們醃制一下
加入一勺食用鹽
