Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
In Armenian, to say 'at' or 'in' a place, we add the suffix '-ում' to the noun.
- Add -ում to nouns ending in a consonant: տուն (home) -> տանը (at home).
- Use the locative case to answer the question 'Where?' (Որտե՞ղ).
- For proper names of cities, use the same -ում suffix: Երևան (Yerevan) -> Երևանում (in Yerevan).
