good morning or maybe I should say
afternoon because it's already
12:30 this February weather has been
making me so lazy I can not get up in
the mornings like me and my bed have
become one at this point but it's a
Sunday life is good my favorite day of
the week is here I don't think I've ever
been in a bad mood on a Sunday and I'm
in a bad mood a lot Sundays are just my
lazy self-care days where I don't have
to use any brain cells but it's always
in the back of my head that tomorrow is
Monday so that kind of takes away from
the fun I used to just sleep in my bed
all day and rot but then Monday comes
and I'm so lost because I didn't prepare
anything and then I just continue that
cycle of laziness I'm basically high
maintenance on Sundays so I could go
through the week as low maintenance as
possible because I still have to live my
couch potato life like I can never give
that up I hate protein so much but this
protein shake oh my God I just can't
stand the taste of protein but with the
matcha in this it just fully takes the
taste away
so I'm just casually acting like I
haven't posted in 2 months I'm sorry
I've been depressed this is me getting
my morning sunlight because in the
winter I cannot be bothered to go
outside so my morning sunlight has just
been me looking out the window for these
past two

months okay usually now is when I oil my
hair but I don't know how I'm going to
do it in these conditions do you hear
that
crustiness like I put so much gel that
it's actually stuck to my head right now
it literally doesn't move but we're
going to make do I don't know how but
we'll try I'm telling you right now this
is the only hair oil you'll need for the
rest of your life it's from amazing hair
savior this is the only one that has
worked for me it's made my hair grow so
much real ones know I was literally like
balding and this is made my hair grow
back to her thick Natural State and
you're supposed to massage it in but I
physically cannot do that right now so
I'm kind of just usually I would put it
all over but I don't have the facilities
for that right now can you believe I
haven't washed my hair all week actually
you probably can believe it I was in
Montreal for the week and I forgot
shampoo and conditioner so yeah I just
had to make do with body showers and I
literally just got back yesterday so I
feel musty I missed my shower I can't
wait to take a shower okay so the hair
is all oiled up actually barely but we
did something I like doing it before my
workouts cuz I don't know I just feel
like it penetrates more cuz I'm sweating
my pores are open yeah I don't know I
just make up sometimes

okay maybe it's a bit narcissistic but
they're the only ones that work for me

workouts done the sun is out for the
first time in like 3 weeks it's been
depressing out here so I'm feeling good
I literally forgot what the sun felt
like on my face oh it's it's leaving hi

baby hi okay I'm starving because I
literally only had a protein shake today
one thing about me is I literally get
obsessed with different meals and then
that's like all I eat for the whole
month until I get sick of it and then
never eat it again I think I have a
problem so this month's obsession is a
