Review Summary
- Selamat + [time of day]
- Apa khabar?
- Terima kasih
- Selamat + [tinggal/jalan]
Errores comunes
You cannot mix the time of day with the wrong greeting. Use 'pagi' only for morning and 'petang' for afternoon.
Do not repeat the word 'kasih'. It is a fixed phrase.
Use 'tinggal' when the other person is staying and 'jalan' when they are leaving. Mixing them sounds confusing.
