Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Temporal markers define when an action occurs, usually placed at the start or end of a sentence for emphasis.
- Place 'Azi' (Today) at the start for emphasis: 'Azi mergem la piață.'
- Use 'Deja' (Already) before the verb: 'Am mâncat deja.'
- Use 'Încă' (Still/Yet) before the verb: 'Încă nu am plecat.'
Meanings
Temporal markers are words or phrases that specify the time frame of an action, helping the listener understand the sequence of events.
