Questions in Past Continuous (oxuyurdumu?)
Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
To ask about ongoing actions in the past, add the question particle 'mu/mü/mu/mü' after the past continuous verb.
- Use the suffix -irdi/-irdi/-urdu/-ürdü for the verb stem.
- Add the personal suffix before the question particle: 'Oxuyurdun?' (Were you reading?).
- The question particle 'mu/mü' is always written separately.
