Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Thai location words follow the object they describe, unlike English prepositions which come before.
- Place the location word after the object: 'โต๊ะบน' (On the table).
- Use 'อยู่' (to be at) before the location: 'แมวอยู่บนโต๊ะ' (The cat is on the table).
- Use 'ที่' for general locations: 'ฉันอยู่ที่บ้าน' (I am at home).
