Armenian Time (Haykakan Zhamanak): Despite the frequent use of 'I don't have time,' social punctuality is low. Being 30 minutes late is often socially acceptable. In the Diaspora, this phrase is often used to lament the loss of community time compared to life in Armenia. In the modern IT sector in Yerevan, 'Zhamanak chunem' is used strictly and professionally, reflecting a more Western approach to productivity.
