Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds

The 'Magaganap' aspect describes actions that haven't happened yet; simply repeat the first syllable of the root verb.

  • Repeat the first syllable of the root: 'kain' becomes 'kakain'.
  • If the root starts with a vowel, add 'mag-' or 'ma-' prefixes accordingly.
  • Use 'hindi' before the verb to negate future actions.
