Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
When a feminine noun ending in -a is the direct object of a verb, change the -a to -u.
- If the noun ends in -a, change it to -u (e.g., káva -> piju kávu).
- If the noun ends in -e or -ě, it stays the same (e.g., růže -> vidím růži).
- If the noun ends in a consonant, it stays the same (e.g., noc -> mám noc).
