Good morning!

It's another day of waking up at 5AM

I really like quiet mornings and the calmness that they bring

Upon reflection, I realize that early mornings have brought more than mere tranquility into my life

I initially began filming 5AM diaries for a seemingly shallow reason—

because it was the only time I could dedicate to myself and to filming, undisturbed

But after almost half a year of starting my day at 5AM,

I genuinely believe waking up early has transformed my life for the better

Because I wake up early, I no longer feel like I am merely a character in the book named “Life”

moved by pre-set actions dictated by someone else

But rather, I become the author of the book

I can consciously prioritise my well-being and start the day on my own terms

My indoor plants have also defied the odds and are still thriving after 4 months 🌱

It is also because I wake up early, that I was able to discover and develop on my passions,

such as baking, reading, but also filming, writing, and editing

I am going to make passionfruit tea this morning
