Agentless Passive for General Statements
Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Use the passive voice with 'համարվում է' (is considered) or 'ասում են' (they say) to express general truths without naming a specific subject.
- Use 'համարվում է' + adjective/noun for general opinions: 'Այն համարվում է կարևոր' (It is considered important).
- Use 'ասում են' + clause for hearsay: 'Ասում են, որ նա կգա' (They say he will come).
- Use 'ենթադրվում է' for logical assumptions: 'Ենթադրվում է, որ սա ճիշտ է' (It is assumed that this is correct).

This structure allows speakers to report facts, beliefs, or general opinions without identifying a specific actor or source.
