Häufige Fehler

Beginners often use the infinitive (khosel) instead of the continuous form (khosum). Remember to swap -el for -um.

In Armenian, the question mark (paruyk) goes on the stressed vowel of the auxiliary or the verb, not at the end of the sentence.

Wrong: Դու ուտում ես՞:
Richtig: Դու ուտո՞ւմ ես:

The negative auxiliary 'chem' must come before the main verb in the present continuous.

Wrong: Ես ուտում չեմ:
Richtig: Ես չեմ ուտում:
