Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Use the 'Tumi' imperative to give direct, informal commands to friends, family, or peers by adding '-o' to the verb root.
- Add '-o' to the verb root for standard informal commands: 'koro' (do).
- For negative commands, add 'na' after the verb: 'koro na' (don't do).
- Use this only with people you address as 'tumi' (friends, younger siblings, close peers).

The intimate imperative is used to issue commands, requests, or instructions to someone with whom you have a close or informal relationship.
Direct Command
Issuing a clear instruction to a peer.
