The most common form is गर्व है (garv hai) – 'is proud.' You'll often hear मुझे तुम पर गर्व है (Mujhe tum par garv hai) – 'I am proud of you.' Another is गर्व महसूस करना (garv mahsus karna) – 'to feel pride.' This is slightly more formal. The verb form गर्व करना (garv karna) is also very standard.
