Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
To say 'the most' in Kazakh, simply add the word 'ең' before the adjective.
- Use 'ең' before any adjective to create the superlative: 'ең жақсы' (the best).
- No suffix changes are needed for the adjective itself.
- You can combine it with nouns: 'ең үлкен қала' (the biggest city).
Meanings
The superlative degree is used to indicate that something has the highest degree of a quality compared to all others in a group.
