Today, we're announcing developer preview three of the Android XR SDK.

This release brings increased stability and a bunch of new features, getting you ready to build the next wave of XR applications for headsets and glasses.

このリリースでは安定性が向上し、多くの新機能が追加され、ヘッドセットとグラスの次世代XRアプリケーション構築の準備が整います。

Let's start with XR headsets. This is where we've been working closely with developers like you to refine the APIs and tools you need.

We've added new features for building rich 3D scenes, such as spatial animations with soft headlocking and transitions.

ソフトヘッドロッキングやトランジションを備えたスペーシャルアニメーションなど、リッチな3Dシーン構築のための新機能を追加しました。

We've also made it easier than ever to adapt your existing UIs with Material 3 components, like dialogues and navigation bars, automatically transforming into spatial XR elements.

また、ダイアログやナビゲーションバーなどのMaterial 3コンポーネントが自動的にスペーシャルXR要素に変換され、既存のUIの適応がこれまで以上に簡単になりました。

Android XR is designed to also power everything in between headsets and glasses, like XREAL’s Project Aura.

Android XRは、ヘッドセットとグラスの中間にあるすべてのものにも対応するよう設計されています。例えばXREALのProject Auraなどです。

We saw Andrea demo how it blends immersive headset experiences into a lightweight form factor with a 70 degree field of view.

Andreaさんが、70度の視野角を持つ軽量フォームファクターに没入型ヘッドセット体験を融合させる方法をデモしました。

We call them wired XR glasses. As these devices come to market, your adaptive apps will adjust their UI thanks to new APIs that allow your app to detect a device's field of view.

これを有線XRグラスと呼んでいます。これらのデバイスが市場に出る際、新しいAPIによりアプリがデバイスの視野角を検出できるため、アダプティブアプリのUIが自動的に調整されます。
