This nearly finished port at Anaka could
soon redefine power dynamics in the
Black Sea. It's designed to link with
global supply chains and turn Georgia
into a gateway between Europe and Asia.
But just an hour's sail down the coast,
Russia is preparing its counter move in
Oamira, a town in Abcazia where
Russianbacked separatists hold power.
Unlike Moscow's bases in Sevastapole and
Novarosis, Ochamura sits at a safer

2030, a new air base near Constant in

hub on the Black Sea and the largest

designed to host thousands of troops,

effectively transforming Romania into
the frontline state of the alliance. All
