Use 'kimi' after a verb stem + -ar/-ər to express that one action happens immediately following another.
- Attach -ar/-ər to the verb stem: 'Gələr gəlməz' (As soon as he came).
- Use 'kimi' after a noun or pronoun to mean 'like' or 'as'.
- Use 'kimi' after a verbal noun (-dığı kimi) to mean 'as' or 'in the way that'.
