क्लियर नहीं है

You might hear बात क्लियर नहीं है (The matter isn't clear). Or पिक्चर क्लियर नहीं है (The picture isn't clear). If you want to ask a question, just change your tone: क्लियर है? (Is it clear?). If you want to be extra emphatic, add बिल्कुल (bilkul) to say बिल्कुल क्लियर नहीं है (It's not clear at all).
