The Locative Marker (Vich, Te)
Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Use 'vich' for inside spaces and 'te' for surfaces or tops to describe where things are located.
- Use 'vich' (ਵਿੱਚ) for containers or enclosed spaces: 'kamre vich' (in the room).
- Use 'te' (ਤੇ) for surfaces or tops: 'mez te' (on the table).
- Postpositions always follow the noun they modify: 'Noun + Postposition'.
