करते हैं सबसे पहले यहां पे आपको दूध
चाहिए का मिस्टी तो ये बनाने के लिए तो जो
आपने दूध लेना है फूल फैट दूध का अपने उसे
करना है ये देखिए यहां पे मैंने छह फैट
वाला दूध लिया है आप भैंस के दूध से भी
इसको बना सकते हैं यहां मैंने एक स्टेनलेस
स्टील की कढ़ाई ली है सबसे पहले हम इसमें
दूध एड करेंगे तो जी बर्तन में अब दूध गम
करते हैं थोड़ा सा मोटा होना चाहिए मोटे
बर्तन में दूध गम करेंगे नीचे लगाने के
चांसेस नहीं रहते हैं तो यहां पे मैंने
डेड लीटर दूध लिया है आप क्वांटिटी अपने
हिसाब से कम ज्यादा कर सकते हैं कम दूध है
कम दूध से बना सकते हैं गैस की फ्लेम
मैंने चालू कर दी है और हाय फ्लेम आपने
दूध को यहां पे बोल कर लेना है बीच-बीच
में आपने पलटा चलते रहना है ताकि दूध जो
कढ़ाई के नीचे ना चुपके तो ओके देखिए दूध
में यहां पे बेल ए चुका है आपने दूध को कम
से कम आठ से 10 मिनट तक बेल करना है ताकि
दूध थोड़ा सा ठीक हो जाए और इसके बाद आपको
दही चाहिए होगी तो एक आपने छानी लेनी है
उसमें आपने दे ही एड कितना दही डालना है
150 से 200 गा आप इसमें दही एड कर दीजिए
और दही आपकी ज्यादा खट्टी नहीं हनी चाहिए
