Let's look at the dialogue. So, tell me about yourself, Mason. Well, I've always been interested in science and research. I studied earth sciences at UCLA. While I was there, I got the opportunity to go to Antarctica as a researcher. After that, I finished my studies and now I'm looking to further my career. I admit your resume is impressive. You seem a bit overqualified for an assistant position. If I hadn't taken time off from school, I would be farther in my career right now. I see.

And why do you think you would be a good fit for this job? I'm very organized and good with time management. I learned these skills when I was a researcher in Antarctica. I wouldn't be the person I am today if I hadn't had that experience. Those are valuable skills indeed. One final question. What are your biggest weaknesses?

I would say my biggest weakness is that I am a perfectionist. I was always the last person to leave the lab in Antarctica. If I wasn't such a perfectionist, I would have been a lot less stressed in college.
