Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
The imperfective tense describes actions happening now or in the future by adding specific prefixes and suffixes to the verb root.
- Use prefixes like 'y-' or 't-' to indicate the person (e.g., 'y-sabr' - he breaks).
- Add suffixes like '-u' or '-at' for plural or feminine markers.
- The verb root remains consistent while the surrounding markers change based on the subject.
