Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
The -iuchy/-yuchy form describes a secondary action happening simultaneously with the main verb.
- Use -yuchy/-iuchy for present tense actions happening at the same time as the main verb.
- The subject of the main verb must be the same as the subject of the participle.
- It functions like an adverb, so it does not change based on gender or number.
