Reflexive Pronouns
Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Reflexive pronouns show that the action of the verb is directed back at the subject, like washing yourself.
- Use 'mă' for first person singular: 'Mă spăl' (I wash myself).
- Use 'te' for second person singular: 'Te speli' (You wash yourself).
- Use 'se' for third person singular/plural: 'Se spală' (He/she/they wash themselves).

Don't worry, they are much simpler than they look at first glance.boomerang of the Romanian language. You throw the action out, and it comes right back to you.این گرامر چطور کار میکنه

se is a hard worker! It covers both he/she and they. It is the ultimate multi-tasker of the Romanian language. If the verb starts with a vowel, sometimes these pronouns like to hug the verb and lose a letter (like m-am instead of mă am), but for now, focus on these basic forms.
