Cen Peng was a general under Emperor Guangwu (光武帝) of the Eastern Han Dynasty. During a critical military campaign, Cen Peng was entrusted with a significant command, and he proved to be exceptionally capable, managing his forces and responsibilities with great skill and independence, contributing greatly to the emperor's victories.
