To make Masala Veg Pulao, 1.5 cup Basmati rice.
You can also prepare this with regular rice.
Wash rice for 2-3 times and soak it for only 20 minutes.
I soaked rice for 20 minutes and drained out water. Don't oversoak.
Else it will be sticky when we prepare in cooker.
Place a cooker on gas and pour 2tbsp clarified butter.
