Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Use -madan/-mədən to describe an action that happens without another action occurring.
- Attach -madan to verbs with back vowels (a, ı, o, u): 'Gəlmədən' (Without coming).
- Attach -mədən to verbs with front vowels (e, ə, i, ö, ü): 'Görmədən' (Without seeing).
- The suffix always follows the verb root or stem directly.
