hi if you're new here my name is Julia
and I'm from the Bay Area California I'm
currently navigating my early 20s and on
today's episode of my life I'm visiting
New York City for the first time all by
myself join me as I figure out how to
use the Subway Eat amazing food and
drinks meet some new friends and just
explore the Big Apple

really I don't know why I got an
freaking ice drink I'm freezing

just hang out with my friend and now I'm
going to go check in my hotel so I think
that was a good little break I'm excited
to go into the hotel and just like relax
and rest just cuz I feel like I've been
out all
day I'm a Subway Pro guys girl I just
got in my hotel
room this is so small I was not
expecting this I this is literally this
is the
room wait I mean it's still nice look at
that waking up to a view okay it's
literally just one hallway bed sink and
then the bathroom's behind me but oh
what girl it's currently 4:36 we're
going to chill a little bit and then
figure out what we're going to eat for
dinner and then chill a little bit more
and then go to sleep and then figure out
what we're going to do tomorrow we've
got a lot to think
about hey

I figured out what we're going to eat
for dinner and there's this place called
ichiran it's perfect for solo dining
because you get your own booth you can
like eat your Ramen by yourself so let's
go try

guys this Ramen place was so cool I
ordered the classic Tatu Ramen and it
came with a couple of sides also I was
so dumb because I thought this egg was
an onent egg but it just ended up being
boiled so I looked like an idiot trying
to crack it open but it's okay at least
no one could see me except you guys the
broth was so yummy and flavorful it was
just so good like the fact that I don't
have to go to Japan to get this that's
just so amazing granted I do have to go
across the country but still like at
least it's closer than Japan I ended up
getting this matcha pudding and guys
this was the hands down the best I would
come here just for this it was so
custardy and matcha and
amazing girl they were not lying when
they said there was a lot of walking in
New York I feel like I've just been
walking back and forth back and forth
back and forth to subway stop to the
location back to the subway back home I
love it

and I'm currently getting ready I need
to do my skincare I don't know if I'm
allowed to like say this or like
showcase this project that I'm working
on right
now so if I'm not allowed to I'm just
going to bleep out the name yeah but if
I can like I'll just leave it in anyway
so today I'm working with your mom
literally
insane I'm not really processing proper
L but it's very very exciting it quite
literally is a dream to be working with
them if I don't seem as excited it's
because I'm just not processing cuz if I
do process I'm going to freak out so
let's just dial it back and not get
anxious I will psych myself out and end
up crying if I don't just chill out also
guys I learned how to use the subway I'm
a pro it's not as scary as I thought it
was going to be it was just the idea of
public transportation it's a little
scary also like having so many people
around me at all times is a bit daunting
I'm just trying to get on my feet right
now and figure out how to function here
because this is my second time in New
York City and the first time alone I
just have to figure out how to do things
the best way to learn anything is to
