Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Use 'karta tha' to describe actions you regularly did in the past but don't do anymore.
- Use the habitual participle (verb root + ta/te/ti) + hona (tha/the/thi).
- The participle must agree with the subject's gender and number.
- The auxiliary 'tha' also agrees with the subject's gender and number.
