Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Use 'kako bi' or 'da bi' followed by an infinitive or conditional to explain WHY an action is performed.
- Use 'kako bi' + infinitive when the subject of both clauses is the same: 'Učim kako bih znao'.
- Use 'da bi' + conditional (bih, bi, bi...) when you want to sound slightly more casual or direct.
