Only if you mean 'intended for' a specific purpose, like 'This is time for studying' (սովորելու համար), but not for duration.
In Armenian, nouns following any number (except one) remain in the singular form. This applies to all counting, including time.
'Ամեն' means 'every' (individual parts of a routine), while 'բոլոր' means 'all' (the whole group). Use 'ամեն օր' for 'every day'.
It usually goes before the verb or at the very beginning of the sentence for emphasis.
In formal writing and clear speech, yes. In very casual speech, you might hear people just say the number with '-in', but 't'vakanin' is much more natural.
