首先準備一條剛剛買回來的新鮮鱸魚
用剪子把魚鰭剪下來
魚鰭呢是魚腥味的主要來源
所以這裡我們一定要把它去掉
然後往鱸魚上面撒一些食鹽
均勻的搓開
魚身上呢有一層粘液
用鹽來搓一搓
可以很好的去除粘液
這層粘液也比較新
想要做出來的魚肉好吃無腥味
前期的清洗處理也比較重要
搓均勻後用流動水沖洗乾淨
魚頭魚肚子都要好好的清洗
魚肚子裡面的黑膜
一定要把它清洗乾淨
這一層黑膜呢
也是魚腥味的主要來源之一
