Locative 'Er' as a Replacement for 'Daar'

Use 'er' to replace a location you've already mentioned so you don't have to repeat 'daar' (there).

  • Replace 'daar' with 'er' when referring to a previously mentioned location: 'Ik ga naar huis. Ik ben er.'
