लगती है गार्लिक नान या तंदूरी रोटी के
साथ और ये जो रेसिपी है रेस्टोरेंट्स में
जब बनाई जाती है दो-तीन अलग-अलग ग्रेविस
को मिलाकर बनाते हैं मैं जैसे घर पे बनाता
हूं इसे थोड़ा सा आसान कर दिया मैंने
तरीका बहुत ज्यादा मेहनत नहीं लगती है एक
ही बर्तन में काफी सारी इंग्रेडिएंट्स
डालकर हम लोग एक ग्रेवी बनाएंगे और फिर
बाद में इसको एक अनियन टोमेटो मसाला का एक
तड़का लगाएंगे इतनी रिच इतनी क्रीमी और
डिलीशियस ये रेसिपी बनती है पनीर लबाबदार
बनाई कैसे जाती है वो देख लेते हैं
एक बर्तन के अंदर दो से तीन टेबल स्पून
तेल ऐड कीजिए एक बार तेल गरम हो जाए तब
इसमें एक टी स्पून जीरा 8 से 10 लहसुन की
कलियां 2 इंच अदरक दो से तीन हरि मिर्च दो
मीडियम साइज के स्लाइस प्याज ऐड कर दीजिए
प्याज को अगर आपको स्पाइस नहीं करना है
इसको फली चोप करके भी आप ऐड कर सकते हैं
अब इसमें दो तेज पत्ते 1 इंच दालचीनी और
तीन से चार हरि इलायची डाल का हाई फ्लेम
पर अभी आपको प्याज को कुक करना है जब तक
की प्याज ट्रांसलूसेंट नहीं हो जाते एक
बार प्याज ट्रांसलूसेंट हो जाए तब इसमें
तीन टमाटर दो से तीन टेबल स्पून धनिए के
डंठल टेस्ट के हिसाब से नामक एक टीस्पून
कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1/4 टीस्पून
हल्दी पाउडर चार से पंच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च
को इस तरीके से तोड़ कर ऐड कर दीजिए 15
यहां पर काजू डाल रहा हूं और तीन टेबल
स्पून मगज डाल रहा हूं यानी की जो खरबूजे
के बी होते हैं वो ऐड किए हैं अब अच्छे से
