Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Give commands in Lao by simply using the base verb, often softened with particles like 'ເດີ້' (der) or 'ແນ່' (nae).
- Use the base verb for direct commands: 'ກິນ' (Eat).
- Add 'ແນ່' (nae) to make requests softer: 'ກິນແນ່' (Please eat).
