Nick: Today I'll be competing in the most difficult cooking competition of my entire life.
I'll be cooking against Chef James Kent, who runs two restaurants in New York City and has
three Michelin stars.
Each of our dishes will be evaluated by an Iron Chef and Top Chef judge.
